Condo Operations

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available in the condo.  The password will be in your check-in instructions and on a sign in the condo.

Parking

There are no assigned spaces, but there are typically parking spaces near the condo.

TV

The TV is a smart TV.  You can log into your streaming services of choice.  You will want to ensure you log out of these services before you leave.

Pool

You are welcome to use the community pool when it is open.  The key is located in the coat closet on your right at you enter the door.  The pool is located several buildings to the right as you exit the condo.  Follow the yellow line on the diagram below. The door is on the side of the pool near the buildings.

The pool is open on a seasonal basis ROUGHLY April through September.  Please check with us if you are unsure if it is available.

Steps to the Saluda River

To access the steps down to the river, take the sidewalk between buildings 3 & 4. Follow the blue line on the diagram below. Note that there are 100+ steps, so be prepared for a bit of workout.

Trash

There is a dumpster for any trash located at the far end of the parking lot.

Smart Lock

TO UNLOCK:

• From the outside, open the outer door and enter your code on the keypad and then press the button with the checkmark.

• From the inside, turn the thumb-turn to lock or unlock.

TO LOCK:

• From the outside, ensure the door is fully closed and press the Yale logo at the top of the keypad.

• From the inside, turn the thumb-turn to lock or unlock.
